Perfect location choice, so easy to reach from the bus or train station, and ideal for travelers with a car thanks to the parking lot. I was initially worried it might be noisy because of its proximity to the railway station, but surprisingly, it was very peaceful. The hotel has a small stream running beside it, which adds a calming atmosphere and helps mask city noise. It was lovely to sit in the mini garden at the front of the hotel, relax in the comfy egg chairs, enjoy a drink, and listen to the flowing water. The hotel felt luxurious: big, elegant, and well-maintained. I was especially impressed by the spacious bathroom and the fully working bathtub, which exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were very professional. They kindly allowed me to leave my suitcase before check-in and were helpful throughout my stay. For me, this felt like a proper high-class experience - don't be discouraged by negative reviews. They also offer small extras (like earplugs) for a fee if you want to enhance your comfort. If I return to Verona, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We arrived before 1 p.a and still were allowed to check-in to the room. The hotel corresponds to 4☆, everything is made with style, room is good size and has a balcony, bed was comfortable, bathroom has everything that you need, shampoo and shower gel are in two different tubes, not two-in-one. The lobby is beautiful, it's pleasant to be there. The breakfast is fabulous, has very good choice of many things, fresh fruits, tomatoes, different cheese, choice of meet products. The position of the hotel is also very good, in around 15 minutes you are in the city center. And the railway station is about 10 minutes walk. Definitely would stay again in this hotel

Located near Porta Nuova and an easy (about 15 mins?) walk into the old town of Verona along Via Corso Porta Nuova. A good 4 star hotel, with very pleasant and helpful staff. We actually ate in the hotel restaurant for the two nights and the food was very tasty, good value and nice served in very pleasant surroundings. The public areas are very attractive with all sorts of interesting theatrical style of displays. It was a dog friendly hotel too, with a separate cosy lounge area where dogs where welcome, there weren't many dogs, but the couple I saw certainly cheered me up with their waggy tales and smiling faces. An elegant attractive hotel

Fabulously clean, stylish but traditionally classic Italian decor throughout. Bedrooms were as nice as the foyer. A very warm welcome to both me and my son. The staff could not do enough for us, so very thoughtful and professional. The night staff were as professional and caring as the day staff. A class team. They really truly cared about their guest experience. All the front house people were first class - well done! Bigger chains such as crowne plaza Italy could learn a lot from you guys … we had a lovely experience

Easy, friendly check in. Our room had a good sized bed and two individual sinks in the bathroom which was great for us. Bathroom was large so accommodated all my 'stuff'. Plenty of wardrobe space, a safe in the room, etc. Excellent and efficient housekeeping every day. The main bonus for this hotel was the breakfast. I have travelled extensively and this was one of the best I have had - there is everything you could want. High quality ingredients, comfortable large dining room - it was great!
