We arrived before 1 p.a and still were allowed to check-in to the room. The hotel corresponds to 4☆, everything is made with style, room is good size and has a balcony, bed was comfortable, bathroom has everything that you need, shampoo and shower gel are in two different tubes, not two-in-one. The lobby is beautiful, it's pleasant to be there. The breakfast is fabulous, has very good choice of many things, fresh fruits, tomatoes, different cheese, choice of meet products. The position of the hotel is also very good, in around 15 minutes you are in the city center. And the railway station is about 10 minutes walk. Definitely would stay again in this hotel

Located near Porta Nuova and an easy (about 15 mins?) walk into the old town of Verona along Via Corso Porta Nuova. A good 4 star hotel, with very pleasant and helpful staff. We actually ate in the hotel restaurant for the two nights and the food was very tasty, good value and nice served in very pleasant surroundings. The public areas are very attractive with all sorts of interesting theatrical style of displays. It was a dog friendly hotel too, with a separate cosy lounge area where dogs where welcome, there weren't many dogs, but the couple I saw certainly cheered me up with their waggy tales and smiling faces. An elegant attractive hotel

Fabulously clean, stylish but traditionally classic Italian decor throughout. Bedrooms were as nice as the foyer. A very warm welcome to both me and my son. The staff could not do enough for us, so very thoughtful and professional. The night staff were as professional and caring as the day staff. A class team. They really truly cared about their guest experience. All the front house people were first class - well done! Bigger chains such as crowne plaza Italy could learn a lot from you guys … we had a lovely experience

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had!! Highly recommended. Receptionist Alessio also went above and beyond at check out - not only doing what is required (bill) but chitchatting, providing extra info. He is great at his job! The hotel is a really good choice if u are in Verona for the Opera Festival, it is very close to the train station and also within walkable distance to the Arena. I also liked the Grand Hotel feel of the foyer/reception area.

It's a luxury hotel and I was lucky to get a good deal for me and my girl. The location is perfect as it is super close to the train/bus station and walking (~20 min) distance to Piazza della Erbe. The breakfast was probably the best I had in any hotel! Same goes for the bathroom! Also, I asked for iron and they brought it with ironing board not even 5 mins after I asked. Kudos, guys!
